2011 Tour of Homes concludes this weekend and it has been a huge success judging by the crowds coming to view Meritage.

Andrew, the electrician wishes he was a little taller to install the lights high in the great room ceiling

The tile setters and the plumbers have almost finished the master bedroom shower and bathtub area

Architectural Millwork provided these custom 7-1/4” tall knotty alder baseboards with black walnut inlay for the loft

The landscapers have graded, brought in soil, installed irrigation and started the plantings around the property.

A copper rain chain has been installed by the entry to add interest.

The dining room is almost finished with the addition of the lights, chair rail and coffered ceiling.

A cable railing system has been chosen to surround the nook patio deck to preserve the view.

It didn’t take long to lay the carpet in the bedrooms and the bridge.

The laundry room is taking shape.  The floor has been laid, the cabinets installed, stained and sealed, the granite slab and the back splash have been placed.

The last of the parquet floors are being laid on the steps into the theater room

The front concrete steps have been completed.  Lamp posts and railings will be added next.

The stone slabs have arrived!!

The concrete workers have been working hard this past week.  Here the main driveway has been installed.
